Farmer’s Markets in Summit County

We love supporting local in Summit County and there’s no better way to do it than heading to a farmer’s market! Farmer’s markets in Summit County are one of a kind–think expansive mountain views, blue skies, live music and endless vendors. There’s nothing quite like buying fresh Palisade peaches or picking up new jewelry from a local artist. Read on to see where you can shop this summer! 

Breckenridge Sunday Market  

 Every Sunday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. | June 12-September 4, 2022 

The Breckenridge Sunday Market brings a whole new meaning to Sunday Funday. The location is right off of Main Street in downtown Breckenridge’s Main Street Plaza, so it makes stopping by a no-brainer. Enjoy views of Peak 9 and Maggie Pond while you peruse through a selection of local, handmade, Colorado goods.  

Dillon Farmer’s Market 

Every Friday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. | June 10-September 2, 2022 

The Dillon Farmer’s Market sits idyllically along the shores of Dillon Reservoir, providing stunning 360 mountain and water views. Enjoy live music while you shop Colorado produce, fresh baked goods, food stands and local vendors. Did we mention you can get a workout in too? Bhava Yoga offers lakeside yoga from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. every Friday on Point Dillon! 

Uncle John’s Farm Stand 

Everyday 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. | Mid-June-End of October 

If you can’t make it to the farmer’s markets in Summit County, stop by Uncle John’s Farm Stand for farm fresh produce from Palisade, Colorado. There are two locations in Frisco and Silverthorne where they offer organically grown seasonal produce, homemade preserves and salsas, plus natural grass-fed Highlands beef.

Good Times Adventures

Snowmobiling is one of the most popular activities in the winter, Good Times Adventures is located just minutes away from Breckenridge which makes for easy accessibility. Good Times is the perfect adventure for individuals and families. Their guides are very experienced and knowledgeable in the backcountry of Breckenridge.

Equipped with top-of-the-line snowmobiles, Good Times Adventures offers a two-hour trip that starts with a short snowmobiling instruction with your guide, then you will hit the trails. Once on the trails, you will be presented with some of the incredible scenery. You will take a few stops along the way to take it all in. To end this adventure, you will venture up Georgia Pass ending at the top of the Continental Divide at 11,585 feet above sea level!

Nova Guides Snowmobiling

For the ultimate snowmobile experience, Nova Guides offers half-day and full-day trips in the Rockies! Enjoy their Camp Hale location, which provides a variety of snowmobile tours for everyone! The most popular tour, Top of the Rockies, includes endless miles of open meadows and fabulous panoramic views of four surrounding mountain ranges, including the Continental Divide. Nova operates tours in the White River National Forest on the largest commercial snowmobile trail system in the Vail and Beaver Creek areas, reaching elevations of 12,500 feet.

All guided snowmobile tours include door-to-door transportation, a professional guide, a new model Ski-Doo snowmobile, snowsuit, boots and helmet. The morning half-day tour and full-day snowmobile tours include lunch.

White Mountain Snowmobiling

White Mountain Snowmobile Tours offers a prospector tour and a high-performance tour. If you’re looking for something family-friendly or are a snowmobile beginner, the prospector tour is for you! Guides will take you on a scenic ride through groomed trails with amazing mountain vistas.

For a more adventurous experience, try the performance tour. This two-hour trip will take you on a faster, adrenaline-boosting trip, that reaches altitudes between 10,000 and 12,600 feet.

So, whether you’d like a family-friendly scenic ride or a heart-pounding adventure, White Mountain Snowmobile Tours has you covered.

Helmets are provided and mandatory. Complimentary overalls and boots are available but be sure to wear warm layers. Guests must bring goggles or sunglasses as eye protection is not provided.
