Grab your Viking helmets, because it is time to honor Ullr, the Norse god of snow. Each December, the town fills with celebration as Breckenridge embraces all things winter. Locals and visitors of all ages revel in this beloved tradition and welcome the start of a season filled with powdery slopes.
Festival highlights include the crowning of the Ullr King and Queen, the iconic Main Street parade, a massive downtown bonfire, and the annual attempt to break the unofficial world record for the longest Shotski®. Whether you are here for the festivities or simply the lively atmosphere, Ullr Fest is an experience you will not want to miss.
