Breckenridge Oktoberfest 2026 Event Guide

Come down to Main Street this September for the 30th annual Breckenridge Oktoberfest! You won’t want to miss thmusic, dancing, brews, or views. Grab yourself a couple of exclusive collectible steins and celebrate with traditional German food, drinks, and friendly folks.

Oktoberfest Weekend Schedule

Main Street Party: 2–6 p.m.

Weekend celebrations commence with the famous Main Street Party! Grab your stein and enjoy beer, food and dancing.

Entertainment Schedule:

1:001:45 pm – Neue Polka Colorado at South Stage 

1:002:00 pm – Polkanauts at Main Stage 

2:002:30 pm – Official Tapping of the Keg Ceremony at Main Stage (beer pouring begins) 

2:002:45 pm – Neue Polka Colorado at South Stage 

2:304:30 pm – Polkanauts at Main Stage 

3:003:45 pm – Neue Polka Colorado at South Stage 

4:004:45 pm – Neue Polka Colorado at South Stage 

4:305:00 pm – Stein Hoisting Contest at Main Stage 

5:006:30 pm – Los Otros at Main Stage 

Main Street Party: 11 a.m.–6 p.m.

This is the longest and most popular day of Oktoberfest weekend. Live music, food, beer and dancing will be available all day long!

10:45–11:30 a.m. – Gora Gora Orkestar at Main Stage

11:00–11:30 a.m. – Official Tapping of the Keg at Main Stage (beer pouring begins)

11:00–11:40 a.m. – Neue Polka Colorado at South Stage

11:50a.m.–12:30 pm – Neue Polka Colorado at South Stage

12:00–12:30: pm – Gora Gora Orkestar at Main Stage

12:45–1:15 pm – Gora Gora Orkestar at Main Stage

12:30–1:00 pm – Kids’ Costume Contest at Main Stage

1:00–2:30 pm – Those Austrian Guys at Main Stage

1:30–2:20 pm – Denver’s Thirsty Five at South Stage

2:30–3:00 pm – Baby Bjorn Stein Hoisting / Stein Hoisting Contest at Main Stage

3:00–5:00 pm – Those Austrian Guys at Main Stage

Plan Ahead

Do I need reservations to attend Oktoberfest?

This event requires no reservations and is free to attend. However, collectible steins sell out every year! Be sure to plan ahead and purchase your steins and beer tokens from the Breckenridge Tourism Office ahead of the event.

Can I bring my dog?

Due to the large offering of food and beverages, pets are not allowed at this event.
