Planning your Summer Vacation to Breckenridge

Planning a vacation should be fun! Take the stress out of planning your summer vacation to Breckenridge with these simple tips and tricks.

Book Early

Breckenridge is a popular place and will book up fast.  Try to book your lodging and airfare two to three months in advance to avoid getting in a bind.

Make Reservations

We are home to over 100 restaurants and pubs.  Use opentable.com to reserve your group for dinner.

Avoid travel delays and make reservations for transportation to and from the airport whether that be a shuttle or a rental car.  Remember, Breckenridge is about two hours from the Denver Airport.

Drink Lots of Water

Did you know Breckenridge’s record high temperature is only 89 degrees? It is summer but because of Breckenridge’s high-altitude environment, we can get every season in one day.  Always have a rain jacket on you, you would be surprised how quickly an afternoon shower can roll in.
