Breck Bike Week is just around the corner, and with all the events happening, we want you to be the first to know! From August 20th – August 24th, join our community of cyclists for the US Pro Challenge, bike demos, group rides, trail building, clinics, free bikes tunes, kids’ races and much more. Geared toward all levels from novice to pro riders, there is something for everyone. Best part, all of the activities are FREE and open to the public.
When was the last time you were able to explore Breck’s expansive backcountry? With hundreds of miles of trails that can be accessed within minutes from town – Breck’s interconnected system of trails can easily lead you all over Summit County. Saturday and Sunday offers bike demos from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Expo area on Main Street in the Blue River Plaza which is located in the center of town. Rent a high end demo bike from one of the many vendors this event grab your friends and join us for this multi day celebration that promotes our bicycling culture. Breck Bike Week is proud to promote the community and the pursuit of a healthy and active lifestyle.

FRIDAY, August 22
USA Pro Cycling Challenge Returns to Breck. Join us for the Stage 5 Finish of one of the largest cycling events in United States History. Race viewing, parties, live entertainment and dining specials scheduled throughout town so plan to stay and celebrate with us after the race for the rest of Breck Bike Week! Click here for details.
SATURDAY, August 23
Poker Ride Presented by Carvers 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Register here. Hit the dirt for an all-for-fun ride marked course highlighting the best single track in town! Riders will have a chance to win a prize! Collect playing cards at designated aid stations and assemble your best poker hand. $20 donation includes ride, prize, party, a free beer and chance to win BIG. Day of registration / donations accepted at Expo / Blue River Plaza.
Check out the Expo located on Main Street in the Blue River Plaza on all other days with general hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for free technical support from local bike shops and information desks with local experts there to provide ride tips and general information.
